About iipher

iipher is a tool designed to help interpreters with remote phone interpretation. It gives interpreters the ability to call two numbers at once and to switch between them as needed.

It aims to not only simplify the process of performing remote phone interpretation, but to also reduce costs by using VOIP to power calls rather than the telephone network, thereby reducing costs.

About us

iipher was created by a group of interpretation experts who have had over 30 years combined experience in the interpretation industry. We are based in Sydney and Singapore, but travel frequently for international interpretation work and have seen the need for a neat remote interpretation solution.

iipher has been tested with interpreters around the world, “live” for real meetings.
 
We have strived to develop a great solution, but we rely on feedback from users, good and bad. All feedback is taken as an opportunity for us to improve the product and we love comments and ideas for incorporation into future release or fixing existing issues ASAP

Technology

We have a global VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) network, which sits seamlessly behind the App, to allow the connection of interpreters with clients, anywhere in the world.

Every feature and layout decision was created by interpretation experts with interpreters in mind.

Its Intuitive, so interpreters can focus on the interpreting and not learning how to use the app.
